Who can book this package?
This package is available exclusively for in-house guests staying at Hideaway Villas Bali – Ubud.
To book Marriage Proposal Package, simply contact our Reservations Team for assistance.
For new bookings, please select your preferred stay dates and villa type through our official website. During the booking process, you can add the Marriage Proposal Package as an extra to complete your romantic experience.
If you have already booked your stay at Hideaway Villas Bali – Ubud, you may contact our Reservations Team to add this package to your existing reservation. Our team will be happy to assist with the arrangement and confirm the availability for your preferred proposal date.
How far in advance should I book?
Advance reservation is required at least 48 hours before your preferred proposal date. Earlier booking is recommended to secure villa and service availability.
Can I personalise the proposal setup?
Yes. Additional arrangements, personalised decorations, upgraded flowers, photography, entertainment, or other special requests may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.
What happens if weather or operations affect the setup?
Hideaway Villas Bali – Ubud reserves the right to adjust the proposal setup due to weather conditions or operational requirements while maintaining the overall guest experience and romantic atmosphere.
Terms & cancellation policy
- Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
- The package is subject to villa and service availability.
- Any requests outside the listed inclusions may incur additional charges.
- Once the proposal setup has commenced, the package is non-refundable.
- After signing the agreement, 50% of the package total is non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event date will incur a 75% charge of the total package amount.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event date will incur a 100% charge of the total package amount.
- By confirming the booking, guests accept Hideaway Villas Bali – Ubud terms, conditions, and cancellation policy.
